Why do we need to collect your data?

In order for us to ensure that you get the best shopping experience we can provide we need to collect your data. Such as email for receipts and your address so we can post all your lovely purchases to you.

What will we do with your data?

We won’t send any of your data to any third parties, all the data is stored on private servers here in the UK. No credit or debit car details are stored with us, as we used third parties (paypal and stripe) to process all online payment.

Removal of data

You have the right to be forgotten so please just contact us if you wish for you details to be removed from our system at any time. All personal data is automatically deleted after 12 months by woo commerce.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchases from The Craft Collective, but if for any reason you are not satisfied please get in touch with us directly by emailing [email protected]

You have 14 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Terms and Conditions

We aim to get your purchases posted out to you as quick as we can, but please note that we don’t post products on Sundays or Mondays. If you order on ether of these days your purchase will be posted out on the Tuesday.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

All workshops must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We will only refund or reschedule a workshop booking up to 14 days prior to the workshop taking place. If you require to cancel a workshop within the 14 day period we are unable to offer a refund. If you fail to attend the workshop at the published date and time then we are unable to refund you after the event has taken place. This policy is in line with many other event organising businesses and is in place to avoid last minute cancellations and tutors being out of pocket after buying often expensive materials.
